This website, its contents and all proprietary rights arising therefrom or created in connection therewith are wholly owned and managed by Fonda Global Engineering Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fonda”, the “Company” or “we”, “our” or “us”, as the case maybe).
The use of or access to this website and/or any of the links or webpages contained therein (hereinafter referred to as the “FONDA WEBSITE”) is subject, at all times, to the terms and conditions set out and prescribed hereinunder (the “Terms of Use”). Please therefore read this Terms of Use carefully before using or entering the FONDA WEBSITE. By using or accessing the FONDA WEBSITE, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by and shall be taken to have unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the Terms of Use.
1. Lawful and Proper Use

The User must ensure that his or her Users’ Web Activities do not interfere, disrupt or attempt to interfere or disrupt with the proper function and use of the FONDA WEBSITE, whether intended or otherwise. In particular, each User shall not upload, post, email, create links or bring about material which may cause software viruses to interrupt, destroy, interfere with, limit or reduce the functions of the FONDA WEBSITE or any of Fonda’s systems.
Users’ Web Activities shall at all times be reasonable, respectful and adhere to the Company’s prevailing guidelines and policies, as established or amended from time to time.
In addition, Users shall not post, upload, transmit or create any link containing unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, phish links or any other form of solicitation on, through or in connection with the FONDA WEBSITE.
4. Fonda’s Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Fonda takes pride in every good, product and service it provides, the deep expertise and human skills it renders and all creations and works it developed in the course of its business whether from designs, graphics, logos, images, trademarks and copyright, including the FONDA WEBSITE. Hence, Fonda reserves full and unwavering rights on all its intellectual property rights, whether associated with, arising from or in connection with the Company or the FONDA WEBSITE.
No material, names, logos, design marks, slogans, graphic content or images from this FONDA WEBSITE may be reproduced, appropriated, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, distributed, referenced or linked without the prior written consent of Fonda and/or the respective owner(s).
Nothing contained herein or in the FONDA WEBSITE shall confer any licence or right under any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights of Fonda or any third party. Fonda reserves full and non-equivocal rights to enforce, deny permission, object to or resist any infringement or the prohibited use or creation of links, of its intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer: Use of Cookies
The FONDA WEBSITE may use certain technologies such as cookies etc. to personalize content or options based on your preference, enable more convenient browsing when the User returns to the FONDA WEBSITE or simply to derive insights about audiences to enhance user experience.

These Third-Party Sites may contain content or material published or posted by other parties. Fonda does not have control over the content of the Third-Party Sites. Neither does it verify or endorses the parties associated with these Third Party Sites or the content thereof.
Therefore, we draw the User’s attention that access or use these Third-Party Sites is solely on their own volition and entirely at the User’s risk. Users are encouraged to read through and establish the applicable terms of use of the respective Third-Party Sites before use.
The User fully acknowledges and is aware that Fonda does not have control over the content of the Third-Party Sites and would not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of, the products and services that they may advertise on or the privacy and security policies adopted by, these Third-Party Sites. In no event Fonda shall be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of accessing or the use of any content contained in the Third-Party Sites.
7. Users’ Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to maximize value for its stakeholders, Fonda may provide and make available information on the company, its development as well as its latest products and services including facts, views, opinions and/or recommendations of interested individuals and/or organizations – on the FONDA WEBSITE. Notwithstanding that, Fonda or those providing information on its behalf are not giving or purporting to give any form of legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice.

From time to time, Fonda and its Group of Companies may put out and make available information and specification on its products, services and expertise, as well as those of associated companies. Further, Fonda and its Group of Companies make no representations, endorsements and/or warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, about the products, services and information (including data and contents) on the FONDA WEBSITE, including advertisements supplied by respective advertisers and/or their creditworthiness, as well as third party sites and/or their products, services and/or information made available from the FONDA WEBSITE, or their merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

Fonda is entitled and reserves the right to modify or make changes to these Terms of Use and the FONDA WEBSITE including without limitation information and content on its products, goods and services, personnel and/or price structures, if any, at any time with or without notice, at its absolute discretion. 10. Limitation of Liability
The use of the FONDA WEBSITE and the information contained herein are at the User’s risks, to the fullest extent possible, subject and pursuant to all applicable laws and regulations. 11. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in full accord with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and any disputes or matter of whatever nature arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
